To keep your Bangles fresh, we recommend using a mild soap or a natural detergent with a damp cloth to wipe down the silicone surface. Avoid soaking them in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve the elastic and velcro integrity.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that show signs of wear or sweat cannot be returned.
Can I wear Bala weights in the water?
While our silicone is water-resistant, we do not recommend using Bala Bangles for swimming or prolonged submersion. Constant exposure to chlorine or salt water can degrade the internal components over time.
